Job Description

A Server Assistant is a fundamental member of our Front-of-the-House team who enhances the guest experience by assisting team members in guest service.

Essential Functions:
  • Communicate with host staff to update floor chart continuously throughout shift
  • Collects menus and returns them to host area
  • Perform a perimeter sweep at beginning & end of shift
  • Observe tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
  • Ensure that every area is both clean and maintained
  • Assist servers by refilling waters, beverages & providing bread service during dinner hours
  • Assist in bussing and resetting tables
  • Informs management immediately of dissatisfied guests
  • Maintains professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times
  • Completes all side-work as directed
  • Assists in an entire team effort
  • All other duties as assigned
